How we work
From first call to findings letter
A clear path for financial auditing of vendor contracts — so finance and procurement know what happens each week.
Engagement path
Six stages we keep visible
No surprise modules. Each stage ends with something you can read or approve before the next begins.
-
Scoping call
We learn which suppliers matter, where contracts live, and which renewal dates cannot slip. You leave with a proposed sample size and fee range.
-
Engagement letter
Scope, exclusions, timeline, and fee are written down. Work starts only after both sides sign — deposits follow our refund policy when applicable.
-
Document intake
Master agreements, amendments, rate cards, AP exports, and purchase-order samples land in a controlled folder. Gaps are logged before sampling begins.
-
Clause and rate mapping
Commercial terms become a review matrix: unit prices, escalation triggers, rebate ladders, and service windows your invoices must answer to.
-
Remittance sampling
Selected invoices and payment batches are matched to the matrix. Exceptions are challenged against receiving records and change orders.
-
Findings letter and briefing
You review a draft, correct factual gaps from your side, then receive the final letter and a live briefing for finance, procurement, or counsel.
