Why we stay with contracts
Supplier agreements in Taiwan often accumulate amendments, bilingual schedules, and side letters that AP teams never see in one place. Our work is to reconstruct that story and test whether money followed the written bargain.
We are not a general accounting firm and we do not sell software. Clients hire us for defined financial auditing engagements on vendor contracts — scoped, timed, and closed with a letter they can take into supplier rooms or board packs.
Our office sits in Nan-Tun, Taichung City, close to the manufacturing corridors that feed central Taiwan’s supply chains. Most fieldwork is remote; visits happen when paper archives or restricted rooms require presence.

How we treat client relationships
Findings stay factual. We note where client archives slowed sampling, where verbal change orders created grey zones, and where recoverable amounts are material versus merely tidy. Mild friction in the process is documented honestly so the next engagement starts cleaner.
If you need statutory attestation, tax opinions, or courtroom expert witness work, we will say so and point you elsewhere rather than stretch this practice beyond vendor contract financial audits.
