These terms govern use of the Networking APIs Zone website and professional engagements booked through it.
## Acceptance
By accessing https://networkingapiszone.digital or engaging Networking APIs Zone for financial auditing of vendor contracts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
## Services described on this site
Pages describing engagements, fees, and processes are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties sign a written engagement letter stating scope, fee, timeline, and exclusions. Website forms request estimates; they do not create a contract by themselves.
## Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and findings formats remain the property of Networking APIs Zone unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to the client. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without written permission. Client documents you provide remain yours; we use them only to perform the engagement.
## Client responsibilities
You warrant that materials supplied for review are accurate copies you are authorized to share. You remain responsible for decisions made after receiving findings, including supplier negotiations and accounting entries.
## Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Networking APIs Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Taiwanese law prohibits such limitation (including cases of intentional misconduct).
## No professional substitute beyond scope
Our work is financial auditing of vendor contracts within the agreed scope. It is not legal advice, tax advice, statutory financial-statement attestation, or investment advice.
## Website availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or remove pages without notice.
## Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taichung City shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless an engagement letter specifies another forum for that engagement.
## Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
